A BT Case Study

Overview In 1996, BT embarked on one of the most challenging telemarketing projects ever undertaken by a telecommunications company. BT's existing system did not have the capacity to manage the scale of the project. The system was not customer based and, as a result, had no account based data management or customer profiling. Graham Technology's customer management framework, GT- X, was the only flexible and scalable solution that could meet all the requirements.
