BT Retail Internet Operations

Overview BT Retail Internet Operations delivers BT's broadband and narrowband ISP services to more than 1.7 million business and consumer customers in the UK through 'www.btopenworld.com'. The system was performing sub-optimally, with key business processes in the ordering and provisioning area failing to adhere to the pre-agreed service delivery schedule. BT Retail Internet Operations turned to VERITAS Software. "VERITAS i3 met 100 percent of the requirements in the RFI document. VERITAS i3 was able to comprehensively outline the components of each of the eHub application layers and component systems, and by it's correlation and tuning capabilities point to the individual components responsible for the underperforming business processes.
