Ingenix Discovers "You Can't Go Wrong With Tools.h++ and DBTools.h++"
Overview Ingenix Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, is one of the six largest healthcare information companies in the United States. The company's existing claims processing engine was programmed in C using Informix-ESQL. The company wanted to minimize future implementation hassles if they chose to change databases again or integrate another database. Using Rogue Wave Tools.h++ and DBTools.h++ Tools.h++ gave Ingenix's team a collection of fundamental C++ building blocks from which to build the foundation of their program and DBTools.h++ gave them a portable, object-oriented interface to access the database.
