Overview The customer operates and develops the largest communications network in the Scandinavian region for telephony, internet and broadband services. These services use different technologies and it was necessary to evolve a system for managing these different technologies. Wipro's challenge was to develop a flexible solution with features such as, quick adaptability for future products and services, reducing time-to-market and easy and quick integration framework to assist the customer to facilitate smooth interaction with sub systems owned by its retail customers. Wipro proposed a Cross Domain Management solution. It is a complete solution integrated and supported by Wipro along with a first level support.
