Overview Leading provider of telephone, digital TV, broadband internet access services in the UK and Northern Ireland. As a result of a major acquisition, the customer was having two (02) systems that provided roughly similar functionality but used different network elements, protocols and information systems. The business users needed someone to bridge the information gap between the systems and provide similar information for decision-making. Wipro is currently a strategic partner providing system integration services to the customer. Team Wipro started by quickly understanding the key features of the new platform for which capacity monitoring capabilities were to be implemented and reviewed the one already in place.
