Infrastructure Cleanup Yields More Reliable Environment: CH2M HILL Engineers Flexible, Reliable Storage With DellEMC SAN and Dell Servers

Overview CH2M HILL is a worldwide, employee-owned firm with a reputation for cleaning up big messes and engineering elegant solutions. The challenge was to find a more flexible, reliable, and scalable storage solution than local attached storage. It moved to Dell/EMC_ SANs and Dell PowerEdge servers. Dell's SAN solution cost 40 percent less and Dell PowerEdge servers 15 - 35 percent less depending on the model, with an overall average cost savings of almost 24 percent compared to competitive offerings.
