Overview In today's real-time business world, e-Learning is something every organization, large or small, must consider. E-Learning is often the fastest, least expensive and most effective approach to growing revenues, lowering costs and getting everybody pulling in the same direction. Today, most training is still delivered in the classroom. However, there is a significant trend toward "blended" learning where technology-based training and classroom learning come together; i.e., instructors use self-paced, technology-enabled courses such as e-Learning, to augment their classroom/laboratory-based instruction.
