Managing E-Learning: A Beginner's Guide to Harmonious Buyer-Supplier Relationships

Overview This paper is primarily for training professionals who are relatively new to managing e-learning projects (although vendors may get a few insights as well). And, while there is some reference to LMS and LCMS vendors, the focus of this booklet is on managing custom content projects. Much of what goes wrong in e-learning projects can be traced back even before the project begins. Things begin to go wrong in the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase, they get worse in the contract stage, and completely fall apart in the project management process.
