Service Level Management White Papers
University of Auckland Chooses Infra for ITIL Based Service Management
Overview The University of Auckland, New Zealand's largest university, is using the Infra web-based application to drive its IT service management and improve IT support for the university's 3500 staff and 32,000 students. The implementation has followed an ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) world's best practice framework for IT service management. In addition, the fact that Infra combined support for full service management (service desk, change, and configuration management) into a single application was an attractive feature.
