The Forestry Commission Logs on to assystNET

Overview Responsible for protecting and expanding Britain's forests and woodlands, the Edinburgh-based Forestry Commission employs more than 3,000 staff spread throughout the UK and has an annual budget of some £100m. In the late 1980s, it became one of the first customers of Axios, now a world leader in IT Help Desk and Service Management software, and will shortly upgrade to the latest version of its flagship assyst solution. The companion product, assystNET, is a tool for customer Web-based incident logging and status tracking. Easy access over the internet/intranet is delivered - reducing the number of non-critical calls to support desks.
