Overview Orbital Sciences Corporation was founded in 1982 with the goal of making space technology more affordable, accessible and useful to millions of people on Earth. Orbital has been installing AVL systems at many transit authorities throughout the United States. Training of the dispatch and operations personnel is problematic, due to shift times, diverse geographic locations, and other factors. TechProse developed eLearning modules directed to specific job functions to enable operators, dispatchers and managers to walk through conceptual overviews and simulations, learning their job functions on a "just-in-time" learning basis.
