Overview This paper describes the experience of implementing of enterprise-wide, automated Service Level Reporting system. The paper presents the overviews of the system itself and of the modular approach that was used in development. It looks at functional areas, i.e. Help Desk, Applications, Data Center and others separately and then describes their integration. Problems and future plans are briefly discussed.
