RZF Choose Proxima Technology's Alarm Manage for Alert Notification
Overview Proxima Technology Inc, announced that RZF (Rechenzentrum der Finanzverwaltung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen), the federal revenue authorities of Northrhine-Westphalia's Information Technology (IT) Center in Dusseldorf, Germany, has selected Alarm Manage and Report Manage as its alert notification and reporting software. Alarm Manage provides RZF with a comprehensive method of notifying the right IT personnel when a problem occurs in the RZF data center or one of the 150 government departments. This notification system allows for pro-active performance, i.e. failures are resolved before an interruption of service occurs.
