Peopleclick Proactively Manages Service Levels With Mercury Interactive Topaz
Overview Peopleclick technology runs many Global 1,000 companies' recruiting and HR operations. Fueled by a mission-critical emphasis on service-level management (SLM), Peopleclick recently began using Mercury Managed Services for Business Availability Center" (formerly Topaz Managed Services). This provides Peopleclick with the full functionality of the Application Management platform in a hosted environment, and enables them to proactively monitor service levels against business objectives using Mercury Service Level Management and provide SLA-compliant reporting back to its customers. The company also began using Mercury SiteScope to collect back-end performance metrics and monitor system uptime. These solutions were first rolled out to measure and manage Peopleclick's SLAs with IBM, and are now being implemented within the rest of Peopleclick's global customer base to manage SLAs and optimize performance and availability.
