Role Based Content Delivery and Container Aggregation Design

Overview This talk defines and provides implementation examples of how to simplify application service delivery within an enterprise using Sun Open Net Environment (Sun ONE) Portal Server 6.x. Applications can be presented as portlets or links from portlets, which are aggregated by portal containers such as tabs, frames, tables, and delivered dependent on policy. Policy then determines a users access rights, authentication requirements and available content and containers. After this session, users will understand the concept of role based content delivery and will be able to utilize the Sun ONE Portal Server for designing aggregated services using portal containers and controlled by policy.
