BlackBerry Case Study: SeeBeyond

Overview Due to the nature of SeeBeyond's business, many of their employees are mobile across Europe, consulting to key clients and supporting customers through their rapid response teams. Therefore, SeeBeyond were looking for an important communication tool in order to respond to customers more efficiently to improve their customer relationships in an ever-increasing competitive software market. As SeeBeyond are recommending technology to their customers, it is important that they keep abreast of new technical developments and supply the best communications solutions to their employees. Paul Holden, SeeBeyond's European IT Manager, took on the challenge of meeting SeeBeyond's mobile needs across Europe, and started investigating a wireless solution that was easy to use, and supported excellent roaming globally. The BlackBerry solution fitted the bill.
