Overview The client had various disparate HR processes running on a variety of applications. While some of the processes were performed manually, third party application tools were used to manage others. This caused undesirable transactions leading to inefficiencies and high administration costs. The client needed a highly automated and intelligent system to transact across these heterogeneous and disparate systems and cut down on errorprone, tedious manual data entry steps to the maximum extent possible. The Wipro team provided an Employee Self Service (ESS) portal that involved Flow-briX, a full-fledged Business Process Management (BPM) framework as the intelligence hub of an architecture with i-Desk, Wipro's e-HR solution at the front-end.
