AXA Life Japan Reduced New Policy Issuance Time by 40%
Overview AXA Life Japan is a member company of AXA Group, which has grown by mergers and acquisitions to become a worldwide leader in financial protection and wealth management, serving over 50 million clients in 50 countries. After consolidating its operations with the Nihon Dantai Life Insurance Company in 2000, AXA Life Japan began a business integration process to align the companies’ mission critical systems to increase customer satisfaction. The company started a project called QIT (Quality Improvement Team) and identified 79 areas that needed enhancements, of which AXA Life Japan selected 13 areas that it considered of top priority. The team began seeking a solution that would meet its objectives. Having reviewed the various solutions from the different providers, AXA Life Japan decided on FileNet’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution based on its ability to provide a high-level of security paramount to financial companies, improve the management of content throughout the organization, automate and streamline business processes, and provide the full-spectrum of connectivity needed to improve response time to quickly react to market conditions and customer requests.
