Overview A leading information technology company with products for healthcare delivery, wanted to reengineer a stand alone product to make it a component of integrated medication system. Wipro leveraged its global delivery model to create a product that was merged with the main CPOE system in a record time by increasing work cycle and reducing costs. Using six sigma techniques for design choices and testing, the existing product was reengineered to create a new product.
