Optimizing IT: Air Products and Mercury
Overview Air Products’ challenge was to manage the risks associated with a phased rollout of a global SAP solution to more than 5,500 employees and 220,000 customers. Part of a company-wide software-driven business transformation program, it was essential that the SAP solutions scaled to the required number of users. Air Products adopted a business technology optimization (BTO) strategy using Mercury Performance Center core product Mercury LoadRunner; and Mercury Quality Center core products Mercury WinRunner and Mercury Quality Management, for pre-deployment load testing and tuning, functional testing, and global test management.
