Messaging Activity Monitoring: Supporting the Enterprise Driven Messaging Systems

Overview This document describes how EAI implementations are difficult to monitor with the existing tools in the market such as network monitors, SNMP enterprise monitors, BAM, etc. MAX is a new approach to monitoring vendor specific middleware and provides full monitoring coverage. MAX is designed to be objective in determining the source of a problem or potential problem. Therefore, using MAX eliminates interdepartmental finger pointing by providing accurate root cause analysis of problem sources.
