Macromedia Case Study: The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania - Alfred P. West Jr. Learning Lab

Overview The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is the nation’s oldest collegiate business school. The Alfred West Jr. Learning Lab is Wharton's development center and experimental laboratory for exploring new methods of learning. They wanted to change the nature of business education through the use of rich web-based simulations. The goal is not to reach one thousand times more students, but to provide a learning experience that students could not otherwise have - both inside and outside the classroom. To meet time and quality parameters, Learning Lab developers are currently using the Macromedia Studio MX suite of authoring tools, including Flash MX 2004 and ColdFusion MX.
