Capgemini took over the HOCHTIEF Software GmbH including all employees, the computing centre in Essen, and every single task in supporting HOCHTIEF and the other clients of HOCHTIEF Software. By outsourcing its Applications Management the HOCHTIEF Corporation, was able to reduce costs and to enhance its IT-related business processes significantly.
