Overview As mobile Internet devices and third generation mobile networks become reality, Location Based Services (LBS) are thought to be a major growth area. Providing information and services using positioning technologies seeds the potential for new enablers and experiences for users and developers, as well as promising new revenue streams for operators and service providers.
