Elementary Students Chase Lewis & Clark With Palm Handhelds

Overview The Sherrard Elementary School Wheeling wanted to provide an easy-to-learn, mobile technology solution for its students while conducting experiments for the National Lewis & Clark Rediscovery Project. For this purpose, it used Palm handheld computers, Palm Portable Keyboards, Kodak PalmPix cameras and various Palm applications. This provided a fun, easy-to-learn tool for elementary students and expanded learning through portable technology.
