Dell Case Study: Army Reserve - 88th Regional Support Command

Overview The mission of the 88th RSC is to exercise command and control of assigned units, ensure operational readiness, provide area support services, and support emergency operations. Like many organizations, the 88th RSC faced numerous challenges that accompany lack of standardization in the Information Technology (IT) area. Across its 150 locations, the RSC found there were no uniform configurations, making software upgrades and technical support a labor-intensive task. After evaluating several vendors, the 88th RSC is taking advantage of Dell's Custom Factory Integration (CFI) and Imaging Management Services (IMS).
