mySAP Enterprise Portal for Utilities

Overview The utility industry has undergone many dramatic changes, but even as deregulation, mergers, and acquisitions have changed the face of the industry, analyst and industry predictions in some areas have not met expectations. Many utilities invested in software without really exploiting it to its fullest. They bought software without thinking about the integration problems. Furthermore, utilities expected a lot more customers switching to their service in deregulated markets than actually happened.
