Broker Competes Globally with Revenues up U.S.$5 Million, Costs to Drop $1.2 Million

Overview ABD Insurance and Financial Services needed to enhance its CyberSure Web portal with anytime, anywhere customer and partner access to information and transactions in order to compete successfully in the global marketplace against larger firms. To do so, the company turned to a solution from insurance front-office solutions provider Riskclick, a preferred Microsoft partner, based on the Microsoft Windows Server System integrated server infrastructure software. ABD has since won new business in excess of U.S. $5 million per year thanks in part to the Riskclick and Microsoft solution. It has also boosted customer satisfaction through faster transaction times and greater accuracy, and the ability of corporate customers to delegate functionality to overseas managers who can access the portal whenever they wish. And, lower total cost of ownership is ultimately expected to save ABD $1.2 million annually.
