Overview Hewitt handles more than 53 million HR-related customer interactions a year from more than 16 million participants. To provide superior customer service, the firm needs to ensure that all its associates, contractors and temporary employees have access to the right information. Hewitt wanted to automate its identity management to reduce administrative costs, give employees faster access to resources and increase overall security. Hewitt selected a Novell Nsure solution based on its simplicity and the ability to communicate with multiple platforms. Hewitt used Novell NetWare, Novell eDirectory and Novell DirXML to implement a secure identity management solution throughout its enterprise.
