A Clean Bill Of Health for Ceva Santé Animale’s Portal with IBM WebSphere Portal Express

Overview Ceva Santé Animale is a French company providing animal health products and veterinary pharmaceuticals. Ceva Santé Animale chose WebSphere Portal Express as a result of the growth of the company. The company's first intranet was set up in 1999. The aim was to leverage existing content by aggregating it. This platform ran Domino along with Domino.doc for electronic document management. But as content volumes increased and they deployed their intranet internationally, the initial solution intended just for marketing and the head offices was no longer sufficient. So they chose WebSphere Portal Express to overhaul its intranet and integrate cross-functional applications.
