Netcool/OMNIbus for DWDM Networks

Overview DWDM systems must operate in an ideal environment to maintain reliable and very high service availability. In addition to high bandwidth, bandwidth service providers must provide visibility into their system to their most demanding and educated customers, who have to support a large community of end-users. These end-users now expect high bandwidth services at all times, under any conditions and will not tolerate any performance degradations. This paper briefly discusses how Netcool/OMNIbus solutions meet these challenges.
