Multi-channel Solution for Banc Internacional / Banca Mora in Andorra
Overview The Banc Internacional / Banca Mora Group (BI/BM) in Andorra decided to undertake a gradual migration of its operational business channels (offices, self-service terminals and electronic banking) to a multi-channel solution. The bank's goal was to improve its quality of customer service, incorporate the latest technology in its product offerings and share resources among the various channels. Fujitsu was selected to design a solution that would meet all of the goals set by the bank. Fujitsu then successfully implemented the Interstage Application Server together with two PRIMEPOWER servers and a Fujitsu Multi Delivery Channel System.
