Overview Zurich Cantonalbank offers a broad range of financial services to customers in the Zurich region of Switzerland, including banking, mortgage, and investment services. The challenge was to integrate more than 40 packaged and legacy applications, which include SAP back office systems, and create a single, comprehensive view of every customer relationship. With the introduction of the Universal Application Network, Siebel Systems is the first application vendor to provide a customer-focused solution that allows enterprises to cost effectively integrate all of their applications while reducing the need for customization, accelerating the CRM deployment success, and reducing the total cost of ownership.
