Internet-based Human Resource Solution Empowers MotorolaÂ’s Employees
Overview Motorola is a leading provider of wireless communications, semiconductors and advanced electronic systems, components and services. Some human resource personnel estimated that up to 75 percent of their time was spent on administration rather than more value-adding work. SPS wanted to redesign its human resources processes and give managers and employees the ability to manage human resource processes and transactions themselves. Accenture helped Motorola employees self-manage their Human Resources processes and transactions through Enet, an Intranet-based virtual HR solution that is integrated with Motorola's back-end SAP HR system.
