Overview For more than 30 years, LexCom has been a leading service provider in the electronic information media sector. Recently, LexCom saw a need to revamp its own information management system with a high-performance, high-availability, platform-independent e-business infrastructure. With its long-term viability and the future prosperity of its customers clearly riding on this solution, LexCom turned to its longtime vendor, IBM. LexCom developed its new infrastructure using IBM DB2 Universal Database for UNIX and IBM WebSphere Application Server software running on IBM eserver pSeries systems.
