MMS Inter-Carrier Implementation Recommendations
Overview This document examines MMS inter-carrier connectivity and provides short-term and long-term recommendations on the issues of: MM routing, MMSC connectivity and MM charging -- as developed collaboratively by 3G Americas' vendor and operator member companies. This paper also discusses the definition a ‘best practice’ testing framework through which operators can be assured that appropriate testing methodologies exist within the vendor community.
