EuroFlorist Faces a Rosy Future with New Automated Ordering Solution
Overview EuroFlorist is a Swedish-based network of 4,000 florist shops with subsidiaries in Germany, Denmark, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands and Norway. The company’s order management solution was inflexible and expensive to maintain. EuroFlorist needed a solution to connect their web and e-mail systems to their expanding company. The proposals they received for new order management solutions all had extensive consulting and development costs. EuroFlorist opted to use the built-in tools of their Microsoft Business Solutions–Navision software to develop their own solution. Doing so saved EuroFlorist €200,000.
