Overview In order to meet the U.K. government’s targets for modernizing the National Healthcare System and delivering its Health Improvement Program, many health care trusts are looking for new ways of improving health services. South West London Community NHS Trust inherited three different IT infrastructures and wanted to standardize to a single clinical information solution. Just fewer than 1,000 Windows Powered Pocket PCs were issued to district nurses, health care visitors, and other clinicians, to access vital information anywhere at anytime.
