Porting of Wipro's Embedded TCP/IP Stack to Linux
Overview Wipro Embedded TCP/IP is an efficient implementation of the TCP/IP protocol suite for embedded platforms. It was successfully ported onto Linux Kernel. One of the objectives of this porting activity was to measure the performance of Wipro Embedded TCP/IP and compare it with the standard Linux TCP/IP stack. This case study briefly explains the Linux kernel services used newly added Linux kernel services and modified Linux kernel services as part of the porting.
