Overview NetScreen Technologies offers a security solutions that integrate firewall and VPN functions. This white paper describes the main functionality of the NetScreen Redundancy Protocol (NSRP) version 2. NSRP is the name given to the set of protocols, features and tools that NetScreen devices use to achieve High Availability. The NSRP v2 protocol is supported on the NetScreen security systems and appliances like the NetScreen-5400/5200, NetScreen-500, NetScreen-208/204 and NetScreen-50.
