CROSSMARK Helps Manufacturers Boost Sales with Pocket PCs and Custom Windows Application

Overview CROSSMARK is one of the largest service providers within the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry. Their jobs entail helping some of the nation's largest CPG manufacturers ensure that products are properly displayed, that inventories are kept restocked, and that promotions are carried out successfully. To help its retail representatives work faster and more efficiently, CROSSMARK has deployed about 1,000 iPAQ Pocket PC devices from Microsoft partner HP, including some that are wirelessly enabled to assist a CROSSMARK rapid-response team in achieving fast resolutions to sales and promotional issues.
