Overview TILAB requires an authorization and access control capability to centrally manage user identity and access entitlement information across its intranet. It also needs to share information across all applications, with a view to reducing the cost and complexity of administration. The SiteMinder platform was chosen because it provides TILAB with an environment for fully audited access to all web-enabled applications. Since the finalization of its successful implementation in June 2002, Netegrity SiteMinder has rapidly delivered a host of benefits to users, administrators and managers.
