Overview Syncordia Solutions, BT's e-business and communications solutions unit, collaborated with RSA Security to integrate its strong user authentication technology RSA SecurID authentication into the BT Concert Remote Access Service. Along with other managed services from BT, this has enabled Memec Plc, a global, value-added distributor of semiconductor devices, to increase productivity and improve customer service by providing its nomadic sales force with secure 24-hour remote access to corporate information resources.
