Overview One of the outsourcing services clients of Wipro Technologies is a leading insurance company based in the United States, and operates in 41 states across the country through the efforts of approximately 18,000 employees. The company hence aimed to provide complete customer care and online services by integrating the Mainframe system with a Siebel CRM solution, a call center, a web interface and at the same time holding down costs associated with its growing business. Wipro has worked with the client on various initiatives and has provided end to end services starting from the integration of all the disparate systems into one synchronized system and providing remote access into the system through a web interface/call center to building and maintaining the infrastructure required for these systems.
