Wipro Builds an Integrated, Global Repository for a Multi-National Financial Services Company
Overview One of the outsourcing services customers of Wipro Technologies is an eminent financial services company in US who is a market leader in securities, asset management, and credit services. There was a need for the product pricing and corporate actions information to be stored in a single, ultimate repository. The team at Wipro designed and developed a global securities database that synchronized product information data with data feeds from upstream systems like P2, Bloomberg, JJ Kenney and ISID . They employed web-based architecture to enable easy access across the globe that supports thin clients using a standard browser interface. This was followed by onsite implementation, data migration and testing before rollout into production. Our team's knowledge of diverse technological environments and data standards was a critical factor in reducing time frames.
