Overview A highly optimized disaster recovery solution for Windows 2000 Servers, V2i Protector is a disaster recovery solution designed to provide system administrators the ability to quickly recover a Windows 2000 server from hardware, software or user errors. V2i Protector provides fast and reliable system restoration with easy-to-follow Wizards. Utilizing real-time, uninterrupted virtual volume imaging technology, administrators can create a block-level, backup copy of the server, and schedule additional baselines as needed. Once the virtual volume image is created, in the case of a server failure, the administrator can quickly restore to a specified point in time. With V2i Protector you can perform a full system restore, complete a bare metal restoration or restore individual files or folders from within a virtual volume image.
