Needing to process increasing numbers of travelers, BGA faced the dilemma of maintaining high levels of security while also decreasing passenger wait times. EDS implemented an innovative biometric solution that automated the processing of low-risk travelers and freed up resources that could be directed toward high-risk travelers.
