Overview Santa Clara University wanted to create a more efficient and effective reporting and budget structure to obtain greater flexibility in budgeting and transactions, as well as, more comprehensive reporting options. The solution needed to be deployed before the University's new fiscal year beginning July 1, 2002. Santa Clara University joined PeopleSoft's hosted beta and early adopter programs to rapidly deploy a full suite of PeopleSoft Financial Management Solutions (including PeopleSoft Asset Management, PeopleSoft General Ledger, PeopleSoft Payables, and PeopleSoft Purchasing) before the start of its new fiscal year.
