PeopleSoft Customer1 Implementation

Overview The purpose of this white paper is to present the Customer1 Project's most important elements so readers can make more informed decisions about embarking on similar projects of their own. The analysis presents the scope of the undertaking and the benefits that were achieved and gives the reader a head start on learning from the PeopleSoft-Sun experience. Customer1 is being implemented in phases beginning with the Sales & Marketing module already in production. Phase two will extend the system's applicability into Support providing PeopleSoft 8 CRM's benefits to PeopleSoft's call center and to customers themselves, who will portal access to their own cases. Phase three will integrate back office Financials applications CRM system, providing a complete 360° view of the customer.
