Architecture of the ICEbrowser Product Family

Overview ICEsofts family of web access products is based on a common technology platform known as the ICEbrowser Architecture. At its most fundamental, ICEbrowser nis a set of browser-centric components developed using Java technology. This innovative and modular architecture relies on dynamically loadable rendering and scripting modules capable of rendering standard and custom content. ICEbrowser-based products can be integrated into any Java application or be deployed in ¡§connected¡¨ embedded devices. The ICEbrowser platform can be implemented as a standalone web browser in a device or on a desktop, or it can be tailored to act as a web application client capable of rendering web-based applications on many different types of devices. This White Paper outlines the core capabilities of the common underlying architecture included in ICEsoft¡¦s products targeted at Enterprise and Embedded browser-enabled applications.
